I have been doing high-end consulting and support work for clients in the Cincinnati area now for over fourteen years. Many of my clients have faithfully followed me from one consulting and support firm to the next. Having created these great relationships has inspired me to go into business so that I could nurture them on my own. Dentar, Inc. was incorporated April 24, 2002 to provide full time access to this endeavor.
My philosophy has always been the same. The only way to be effective is to maintain a personal relationship with each client, remain intimately involved with their operating environment, and have a high level of technical expertise. You can't just go through the motions and become an expert.
Overpromising to clients is a sure-fire way to ensure that expectations are not met, and only results in a disappointment. I always strive to be realistic when setting expectations for my clients.
